New Beginnings: 2024!

As we begin the new year, our small yet dedicated board of directors recognized the importance of refining our mission, vision, and brand identity to better serve our community.

With this in mind, I'm pleased to announce that we have undergone significant developments, including the creation of a new logo, the launch of a revamped website, and the refinement of our mission and vision statements.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to create a brighter future for every youth born and raised in Hawai'i by providing them with tailored coaching, essential tools, and resources for career and academic readiness, while instilling the values of community engagement and prioritizing health and wellness.

Vision Statement: Our vision is to see a future where every youth born and raised in Hawai'i possesses the tools, knowledge, and perseverance to not only succeed but to contribute positively to their community.

To realize our mission and vision, we have introduced our Big Gains program series, which encompasses:

• Gaining through Academics (College readiness)

• Gaining through Opportunities (Career readiness)

• Gaining through Giving (Community outreach)

• Gaining through Training (Mental and Physical Well-Being)

We believe that by focusing on these fundamental areas, we can offer students a comprehensive support system to lead balanced and healthy lives, thus shaping a better future for themselves and their community.

This year we've teamed up with an incredible initiative that embodies teamwork and endurance, and we can't wait to share all the details with you soon!
